Services providing to overseas client (An Extended arm for overseas buyer)

1. Orders follow up and adhere to time line

(a) Order time line chart to be updated and share with buyer. Any short of discrepancy will be  highlighted to buyer and will be shorted out in advance.  (b) Order status report/ progress report will be shared with buyer daily.

2. Pre-production sample/ first –off/quality sample

(a)Follow up with vendor for Lap dip/ strike off and ensure to dispatch the same to buyer on time (based on time agreed and confirmed by supplier) (b)Follow up for pre-production sample / first –off and ensure to dispatch the same to buyer on time (based on time agreed and confirmed by supplier)

3. Quality report

(a)Follow up and get the all quality reports for all orders going on and forwarded to buyer for review.   (b)We also review the report and highlighted if any discrepancy noticed. If so same has been discussed with buyer and will take further course of action.

4. Inspection report

(a)Follow up and get the inspection report of goods ready for dispatch conducted at supplier end.  (b)Will do random inspection for inspected goods and submitted report to buyer (at buyer’s prescribed format) with our comments.

5. Dispatch of ready goods

(a)Follow up on dispatch of quality pass goods and arrange to send the all commercial documents to buyer  (b) Follow up vessel selling status and update buyer accordingly

6. Development/ Sampling

(a)We also do follow up all developments /sampling yardages going in different supplier end and ensure to make it happen on time  (b)We do discuss with buyer on the development progress time to time. If any delay is being foresee then immediately it will be taking up to buyer and short that out with conference call with buyer, supplier and us.

7. Courier

(a)We do assist /follow up & ensure on any courier needs send from supplier end/ our end. If we send courier from our end then charge will be at buyer’s account. 

8. Pre – Production meeting

(a)We do join/participate at pre-production meeting and give our comments if buyer required/asked

9. Explore of new vendor/supplier

(a)We do work for buyer on explore of new vendor /supplier at his product category if required/asked by buyer

10. Issues

(a)We always give our best support in resolving order related issues if occur
